The idea is to have names and bios for people you made up... its not intended to be real identities.. It's to throw some info in front of you so you don't freeze up if someone asks a personal question about you that'd tip them off you…

This would be more of your assumed identities, ex: if you were to pose as a store employee you'd want the info in front of you so if anyone asked you'd know without hesitation
