if you are looking for tablet go for this one http://www.notionink.com/design.php Price is quiet decent (mean cheaper than fuckin apple), is tegra 2 based, sd card, 3 usb and it`s a beast!

Is your PC custom-built or off the shelf? I have only replaced ram (came with 2gb) and hdd (came with 100gb ibm hdd). sl510 is actually quiet decent as well mate! Should do the job as well ;)
