Challenges are better to get you through a learning trip. (in my opinion) For high-scores someone can join other sites like [ihtb] and other like that. Giving knowledge is better than being in the first place. This is just my opinion though ; )

You can try with iGHASHGPU (if i remember it's name) It's a tool that uses GPU to crack hashes. It's much faster than Cain. Try searching on google. iGhashGPU
