    I wish I were that good. What about like a promotion system. Your -1 rep technique inspired me. So pretty much every 10 referals you get +1 rep. Then when you get 100 referals you get elite or what ever. Also a badge like your one "Skilled Coder". Saying Referal King or someshit. :D

    Its already been stated 10 referrals get you Elite, 30 get you extreme, and 100 gets you one of the Official courses
