What are the Best Ways to Advertise a Site?

    I would like to here all your suggestions and ideas on the best ways of advertising Firewire Security! Im currently thinking of making a Youtube Channel and maybe a Twitter/Facebook Page

    I use a Youtube channel, big forums to advertise and let people review my site, add website link to signatures,etc.

    Some forums don't allow advertising, so the best thing to do is put "[Review]Your site name here" as that is not advertising.

    I make computer/webmaster tutorials for my youtube channel and include a link back to the site for support and/or more tutorials & guides.

    Yeah HF would be the best thing, but the next time im caught advertising i get my account banned ive been caught like twice :L

    The best way is to advertise to quality content. It will take a longer time but it will also give you more reliable members.

    Yeah i agree, this website has only been up nearly a month and most of that has just been developing the site

    Luckily not yet, *touchwood* but ive had many warnings from ibf and omni about advertising, i think there scared of a little competition :P

    Good advertising I do for websites is using keyword research and promoting less competitive keywords with alot of searches. Then the traffic comes easily and if you do this for other people you can make huge $!
