Need some help asap (if possible)

    So i recently started my new job and when i FTP connected to the server i found this file - http://pastie.org/private/s9ux7wk93hcqol4yvpjqq

    I believe it's an exploit to get root access remotly but i wouldn't mind a second opinion, i know it's not one of the wordpress files.

    Any help would be great thanks.

    I believe it's a linux kernel exploit for 2.6.28, or at least displayed as one. It's also available on exploit-db if I remember rightly.

    Remove it to a safe location and consult with your team/manager as to next steps.

    thanks for your feedback, the previous web developer for my company also uploaded a shell with this before he left. Its been moved to a safe place.
