Basically as you know we experience the occasional downtime here, mainly because it is hard to find a good offshore host with good uptime and reasonable prices, but its a lot easier to find good onshore hosts, do you think we should sacrifise the use of password dumps, defaces and other blackhat material for better uptime?
That depends what is is you want with your website. At what kind of people do you aim. If you mainly aim for black hats then it is better to stay offshore if you want to provide them with certain services.
Well atm were not really blackhat oriented at all so it shouldnt really be a problem, but it just gives you that little bit more safety incase you do have blackhat stuff
