- Added quote plugin you can now quote users easier

The large period of downtime we had has damaged the activity but i am confident that we will build it back up in the coming months. We are getting more users registering now which is good, however none of them are commenting as yet. I will start advertising on other security sites again soon to let people know we are back.

Other than that there isn't too much other news i have for you guys.
