For the ones who already know of this tool there is a new version out, and for the ones who don't know of this tool should try this tool. This version even includes a proxy checker! [/align]

    Depends on the proxies you use.

    VPNs are far better than Proxy.

    Whilst VPNs on the whole are better it's not always the case... certain vpns can and do log information on the clients usage.
