Merge Windows and Linux Security Sections to System or Operation Security?

    There are a number of threads that could fit into either Windows or linux security, such as generic buffer overflows, stack smashing etc.

    I think it would work better merging as its better to have non-vendor orientated security, otherwise we would be abliged to add Mac security too :L.
