Hi I've found out some weird connections from firefox.
I was testing it with wireshark and it seems firfox is using connections to send data to google such as location ip..

I tried changing some settings in about:config, but it doesn't seems to stop the connections.

    I tried some tips found on http://www.elperfecto.com/2010/09/11/st ... to-google/

The only way is to remove firefox I don't trust google.
Perhaps some one knows a better browser?
    I'll look further.

They make profiles about you and share them with third party companies, they work with the government! They are logging your search history,
they track which sites you visit, and they save them in a log.
Every time you search on Google they save all data and ip location. They are similair to Big Brother, also they send ads specific to your location.
Why do you think they have Google Earth? It's because they use government satellite!

You do realise 'the government' has the monopoly over satelites don't you? Google can't just blast their own up there. Think of it as a time-share satelite scheme. Do you really think they 're-task' a satelite for each and every search a user makes?

On a personal level I hate the big brother state theorists. They make a SHITE load of money from gullible people willing to believe the government is watching you 24/7. We're not in the matrix!

I can only speak from what I know but our government (being the govt of my country) has the power and the capabilities to watch anyone online at anytime same goes for phone conversations. Same for the USA. That's fact & legal. Whether you use google, yahoo, scroogle or any other search, they can still view your transmissions. Sooner people deal with that fact the sooner loons will stop going on about it.

I've said this for years now, it's a question of scale. Do you think they can actually be bothered to view every script kiddies browser history? Now a professional hacker on an 'assignment' may warrant it, but on the whole no.

Just my 2 cents worth of a rant :D

Why else would google be partnered with the NSA, and the CIA is a major contributor to Facebook. Did you know that google predicted the swine flu outbreak in mexico two weeks before it was reported. It had spiked search results for symptoms be googled. Same thing can happen with people,it like heuristics on people, look for anomalies that stick out, leading up to a given event, during an event, or after an event.Just by people tweeting, facebooking and searching. Not to mention google has an Android device in millions of people's hands now.

Google is close to owning the world. go look into it. they are close to owning most of the world's network infrustructure as well (i would not be a bit surprised if they bought out CISCO). i still use their search engine since it is simple and fast and does it's job. that is the ONLY thing i will use from Google

I see you understand it. Google is taking over all major websites. Look at Youtube the idea was from three guys, Google paid them and now they own and wasted Youtube.
Youtube is not the Youtube it was before! It's wasted with frustrating Google ads loading while you watch video and tracking every movement using cookies.

Google is a wolf in sheep clothes they don't care about privacy!

It's because they like to watch what you do online, second Google can be your friend or foe.

Well this is happening long time ago, before it was yahoo, now it's google. The only solution is to face the fact and be creative about it.
