Full Disk Encryption Question

    Does anyone know a good way to get full disk encryption for Linux? I've used Truecrypt for Windows but have heard of compatibility issues with Linux.
    Any suggestions or hints would be much appreciated. =)

    Truecrypt works fine for volumes within a booted partition but all of the documentation says there are problems with making a bootable encrypted volume. I'm looking to encrypt the OS that I am booting from along side all the user files. I'll post any results as soon as I get it working.

    I never had any problems with it. Just make sure you use one encryption scheme. i.e. just AES, or just Serpent. When you combine them for the full disk encryption is where problems might arise.
    while( !(succeed = try() ) );
