Need some e-books/videos for understanding Various types of encryptions and hashing

    As the title says I am much more being Attracted to cryptography,but i am not very good at math,but i still like to know the indepth working and fundamentals of the top hashing and encrypting algorithms

    When ever i see about cryptography i am seeing these Algorithms and hashing methods
    1)AES 2)DES 3)3DES 4)SHA 5)MD5 6)SALTED MD5 7)SSL encryption 8)SSH encryption 9)IP-sec encryption 10)Encryption used in GRE tunnels


    I am willing to have some fundamental knowledge about these encryption,ho it works and how it can be cracked or breaked etc,


    If you do have any documents or links or e-books for understanding the fundamentals of the above things,please feel free to guide me....

    cryptography has always been my achiles heel. i hate math as well, maybe that's why!

    since it was brought up, are there any encryption methods out there that have yet to be cracked? everytime i read something it seems nothing is safe anymore!

    Lol,it is not like you have been thinking,there are some own encryption algorithms which have been created by some military people,which is almost impossible to break,or it may took some years to crack,I am already started some researching on it,.I will soon post here with some nice information,Between if any body is good about cryptography please suggest me some good e-books for understanding the fundamentals of the cryptography...

    in the book "The Art of Exploitation", Erikson goes into a good bit on cryptography and encryption---too bad much of it was over my head
