Hey guys I was just posting here to notify everybody I won't be very active until about Sunday. The reason being is because I have a robotics competition until Sunday.

Basically I leave at 6 30 AM and get back at 7 PM leaving me a couple hours to surf the web and chill. Not to mention by them I'm completely exhausted from the amount of work put in on the robot.

So I'll be much more active Sunday.

do u know assembly language to program robots???

You don't need to know asm to code a reobot, I know someone who did a robot on his degree in java, no exactly sure how that worked but yeah. I think your thinking of Field programmable chips etc etc.

We code the robots completely in Java.

so the chips are supplied ???

FIRST supplies us with most of the stuff like cRIOs, solenoids etc etc. We need to code // build it to preform specific tasks.

Yeah you were talking about FPGA's darkgt4, I only know about them from another friends degree dissertation (for his electronic engineering BSc hons degree). Thats hardcore robotics//electronics.
