SE'd some omegle retard
  • Lol so I tricked some guy on Omegle into opening up my keylogger. His AVG even picked it up but I convinced him with some bullshit to disable AVG.

You're now chatting with a random stranger. Say hi!
Official messages from Omegle will not be sent with the label 'Stranger:'. Strangers claiming to represent Omegle are lying.
    You: Hey
    Stranger: hey
You: Could you help me please?
Stranger: well i hardly know u
You: Yes, I know, but I'm a programmer for SMB security suites. I'm looking for anonymous people to try it out and give some feedback.
You: Of course, If you help, you get a free version of the program :)
Stranger: seems like a random place to find testers
You: Yes, but we need random feedback. And most of the people here are guys looking for girls which gets really annoying :/
Stranger: what kind of software is it...what does it do?
You: Its a firewall and antivirus program. A new kind of technology. Helps protect against any new type of exploit. It runs on windows XP, 2000, Vista and 7.
You: It also helps protect all browsers from java attacks
Stranger: does it work with other anti virus programs
You: Well with other anti-virus programs, you can't run others side-by-side. But with SMB, you should be able to. What type of anti-virus do you have?
    Stranger: avg internet security 2011
You: Hold on let me check
You: All versions of AVG are in fact compatible with SMB. So you should be able to run them side-by-side
Stranger: ok so u have a link i can get it from
You: Yes. Unfortunately, our FTP servers are down due to maintenance. I'll upload it to rapidshare and have a link ready for you in just a moment.
You: Ok, I have the link ready. *CENSORED*
You: Once you download it, I'll give you the key and you can input it into the setup to validate your version
    Stranger: alright
You: For the setup, you may need to turn AVG off for a couple moments to install it.
You: Tell me if you run into any problems
    Stranger: k..one min
Stranger: avg killed it as a trojen key logger
    Stranger: naughty naughty
You: As I said, AVG will delete it because we are competitors.
Stranger: didnt even get to open it...removed upon download...i have it scan everything automatically
You: Yes. AVG has an auto scan option. I'm not very familiar with AVG, but it think it goes into your \"Vault\". If you want to, you can turn off the auto scan and re-download.
Stranger: yeah but then if your not legit i could get a virus...remember u are a random stranger to me
You: Yes I realize that. But if you wan't some extra infomation, I can give it to you. SMB is an extra branch of Comodo Internet Security. http://www.brighthub.com/computing/smb-security/reviews/31876.aspx
You: We are a less known branch, but AVG and just about every other big company(Symantec, Kapersky etc), knows about it. So just about all of them will detect the SMB security program as a \"Trojan\" or some type of worm.
Stranger: so why cant i get it from a torrent site...seems like a better outlet to find random testers
You: Because we can't get too public about it right now. Which is why we are going on sites such as Omegle to find random strangers, to get random input.
Stranger: how long is the rapidshare link active
You: If you'd like, I could upload it as a torrent for you if it's more convenient. It should be active forever.
Stranger: oh no..i was just gonna do some research real quick..wanted to make sure it didnt expire
Stranger: can i have a sec to check it out
    You: Sure, take your time.
    Stranger: thanks
You: If you'd like, I can create a torrent for you if you find it more convenient.
Stranger: no rapidshare will do...i was just sayin for gettin many testers who will put the program to work and see where it could be improved thats a great source
You: Thanks for the input. I'll be sure to recommend the idea to my manager.
Stranger: no prob....can u tell me a lil more about the company
You: Well, Comodo is dedicated for user security. We have created Firewalls, Anti-Viruses, Browser protection suites and more. The SMB branch originated back in 2009, when a big branch of the company decided to start a seperate testing branch for new Anti-Virus technology. They employed about 500+ coders, testers, white hat hackers etc.. As for me, I'm a coder for the SMB branch. I helped code SMB suite(In C++). We are currently going on sites such as Omegle to find anonymous and random user input to help make SMB suite easier and more convenient for the average home user.
    Stranger: thank u
    You: You're welcome.
You: Here is your SMB Pro Suite key, in advance in case we disconnect for any reason. Just input it into the setup for SMB.
    You: 5DOE4-13DB5-QXXW2-MK302-M493J
Stranger: ok im gonna try and download again
    You: Ok.
You: Just in case, you may want to turn off AVG temporarily. You can use this guide: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-6132_102-274495.html
You: And you should turn it back on after setting up SMB for extra security reasons.
    Stranger: ok
Stranger: ok i downloaded it and tried to open it..asked to run...selected run and nothin happens
    You: Hm. Really? Interesting.
You: What OS are you running?
    Stranger: win 7
You: Hold on. Let me get my diagnostics sheet and run you through the help procedures.
You: I think I may know what the problem is.
Stranger: even running as admin i get nothin
You: Alright. Could you please hit ctrl+shift+esc
You: This should bring up the task manager.
    Stranger: yes
You: Tell me when you have that open.
    Stranger: its open
You: Ok. Could you please read off any processes that start with \"svc\".
    Stranger: none...got one svo
You: Hm. Well when you open it, you should get the proccess \"svcsmb\".
You: Could you hold on a second as I check my code for a problem within the svcsmb function?
    Stranger: yeah
You: Well. I think I have determined the problem. I've recompiled and I'll have an updated fix on rapidshare in just a moment.
    Stranger: ok
    You: *CENSORED*
You: Alright. That should be a fixed version.
Stranger: same key can be used
    You: Yes.
Stranger: just waitin on this crazy wait time thing rapidshare has goin on...will be a sec
    You: Ok.
Stranger: ok now when i try and run windows reports it has stopped workin, says its checkin for a solution and then thats it
You: Hm. Well. It seems as though AVG is totally blocking it. I'm very sorry to have wasted some of your time. If you provide me with your first name(optional) and your E-Mail, I'll my manager E-Mail you a fix soon, or I'll personally E-Mail you the fix once we get it working through AVG.
Stranger: Mario *CENSORED*@hotmail.com would love to check it out still
You: Ok thanks for the information Mario. I'll have my manager or myself E-Mail you a copy of the fix later. If anything, you may have to uninstall AVG for the moment if we can't get it through AVG successfully. Thank you for your valuable time :)
Stranger: your welcome....thanks for spendin so much time on me and i look forward to installing it asap
You: You're welcome. Have a nice day.
    Stranger: u too

Now I'm going to make a fake email from my "manager" and get him to run something else.

I don't go a whole lot on SE recently because it's usually "oh I emailed microsoft with a PID" that takes no skill. This IS SE! Background work, target audience everything planned out... nice job :)

I'll never be surprised by the stupidity of some people, SE like this never fails to prove me wrong.

Heh yea ik. A lot of people thing sending an email to microsoft is SE'ing, when in fact it's not. I've been reading Kevin Mitnicks book though, so I'm getting better at SE'ing. I may even start a little "service" in which I SE targets. Maybe here at iExploit I'll start that little "service".

SEing is rarely used in hacking the way mitnick used to, that would be cool if you could do that.

Yeah i think alot of people would support that idea, Se is rarely seen in it's proper form. Would be a great idea :)
  • What keylogger did you use?

Wow well played there. That was a funny read :)
  • The more I thought about it, the more I realized it had to be custom.

What method do you use to get it to send you the log files?

BTW, a keylogger-writing tut would be cool. ;-)

It was a custom keylogger I wrote a couple years ago back in my VB.net days. I don't have the source anymore sorry :/
  • Oh well.

C++ is my language of choice... I'll have to google keylogger c++ tuts, unless anyone else knows of anything good off of the top of their head.

Also, is any one language better for writing a keylogger? I don't think so but I thought I'd check.

vb.net would give you all the features you need. There is a good video tutorial on youtube about makng a keylogger in c++ though, if i remember rightly.
  • I've looked at all the "simple keylogger" tutorials for C++ that I can find... but I'm looking for more than that. Everything I've found is very memory-intensive... and while these simple things are good to start off learning about, does anyone know of a more complex C++ keylogger tutorial?

i can't see how it would be that memory intensive, every keystroke can be stored in a single byte. for it to be memory intensive you'd have to keep adding keystrokes to a buffer w/o flushing to a log file for several days of use. i mean, the fastest typing speed is 216wpm, and if an average word is 5 characters long that's 1080 bytes per minute, or just over a kilobyte, which per hour is 63.28kb, and per day is 1.4mb. so, even with the most extreme circumstances (a ninja is at your keyboard bashing out a constant 216wpm document consistantly for several DAYS without stopping) it's still not what i would consider memory intensive. maybe i will post a simple example in the C++ section later today, if i have time~
  • I mis-typed: I meant processor-intensive. I can't find a good C++ tutorial that uses keyboard hooks. They all just use a loop that constantly is checking if a key was pressed since it last looped.
