    Hello,

After several problems with the email server, me and the administration team have decided to disable email verification, because this could let more bots in, I've added some anti bot precautions.

    - reCaptcha is in place (Now fixed)
    - Security Questions Added.

That's one issue out the way, however if users try to reset their password, the server isn't sending them emails out either, we're trying to resolve the issue as fast as we can.

If you need to change your password, register a new account, PM an administrator so we can perform and IP match and we will reset your password and send it to the new account you've made, then delete the new account.

    Thank you.
  • I could create a reset system where it list's the users who want their pw changing and if i put more effort, maybe a admin side to it where a admin log's in and they can change the pw rather than just listing who wants their pw chaning.

The problem is temporary, we should have a fix soon I would think. I'll let the other admin check your offer out and let them get back to you. For the moment I think a manual system is manageable for the admin team to deal with.

As I said we're trying to trying to fix it thus we're not interested in your offer I'm afraid. Thanks anyway.
