After the best of part of 1-2 months of downtime, we're finally back. Many rumours occoured that the site was hacked, it infact wasn't. It was simply a shell that caused the host to lock the site, the host was taking a long time to reply and we were going no where, so Xinapse decided to move host. We then had all kinds of problems, database issues, large CPU lead,etc and the site kept getting closed. But after all of this. I've been working hard in the backend to sort things out. A completely fresh version of MyBB has been installed (MyBB 1.6 - Latest release). All plugins have been removed and a new theme is here. For the next few weeks, things won't be quite back to normal as SEO has died, members would of forgotten about the site,etc,etc.
Anyway, I'm your new old administrator and I'm going to be working mainly backend to keep the sites uptime as good as possible.
Yeah just echoing what George said, It's good to be back, it will take a few weeks even months before we start getting the same number of visits as we used to but we will get there!
I do apologise again, the host cut us off and wouldn't give us a refund, so now we've switched host yet again, it's not a money issue or anything like that, it's simply the fact the it's hard to get decent offshore hosting.
Anyway, we're back online, I'll be taking daily backups are storing them on my PC so if we do go down again, nothing much will be lost.
