  • Does anyone know good resources, or direct link for rainbow tables and dictionary files used for WPA/WEP cracking?

    http://www.renderlab.net/projects/WPA-tables/

I'm afraid this is another case where you'll have to do some googling to achieve your result.

Just google "rainbow tables wpa cracking"
  • ok,,tnx ;)
  • I just wanted to double check with some of the guru(s) in iExploit... I'm interested in the WPA/WPA2 psk cracking methods... cracking WEP was too easy for me...(I was like damn... what's it??) but cracking WPA/WPA2 is a bit challenging (which is good). Other than using the following WPA/WPA2 cracking methods (rainbow tables, tools that conduct WPA attacks, and dictionary/wordlist and capturing the WPA handshake)... are these the only methods that can be using to crack WPA/WPA2? These methods are quite slow... I tried out capturing the WPA handshake methods and I thought to myself if these are the type of cracking WPA/WPA2 encryption....  and individual might be better off with couple of GB(s) of Xeon processors...

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions.

Sadly, DManHack, WPA/WPA2 cracking is limited to brute-force style attacks at this time. The encryption algorithms used have not been broken yet.
