So here is one of my good web templates that im going to share with you all, some criticise would be good as well so i can keep improving. I called it ultra blue and is one of the best it done. I made with simplicity in mind. Dont bother reading ther text it is just random text to fill the space.

Well i'm more into dark, modern techno themes/layouts but i'll comment anyway lol. [going only by the picture] Very simple... to crank up the money you could add somethings like:

- Footer (copyright notice & your name/link to your site is standard)
- The nav bar... it needs well I can't think what, but something (not helpful I know).
- (assuming you've not trimmed the top of that picture - somewhere to put a logo. At least let your css cater a logo at the top or an image. Looking at it from when I was a noob at web dev there was nothing worse than downloading a theme then having to re-jig the css yourself because when you add one image etc it screws the whole theme up :).

I would offer more hints but i'm not sure what your skills are or whether you want to keep it a static html theme or more dynamic/animated.

i quite like it; clean and simple done quite well. not a super original layout, but i guess that's not what you were aiming for, it has a proffesional feel to it, although that image is pretty small; so i'm curious what it looks like on a higher resolution such as ~1920x~1080 (not curious enough to download it though :P).
