Undecided if i should make the switch

    so iv been thinking about if i should make the switch from windows to linux, more specifically vista to blackbox. Why blackbox? well because its the only linux OS that works perfectly on my PC and it comes with a number of hacking tools Pre installed.

    The only thing is i dont know if i can drag myself away from all my lovly .exe's like

    MSN

    All my Music, etc.

    You could dual boot - Linux & Vista.

    My view:
    With linux you'll end up at some point needing to install one program, driver or something else that will give you hassle. If you like another distrobution then try that and try fixing the problem. Linux is very good for that kinda thing allowing you to muck about. You can install hacking tools on any distro so don't worry about that. If you need office or visual studio or any other windows only program for school/college then take that into consideration before wiping windows off. Your other option is to go all linux and then install windows in a virtualbox within linux. I've had that setup before and it worked well with an old cracked windows xp.

    Yer i like blackbox as it comes with nothing like as many tools as backtrack, runs smoothly etc and is quite user friendly.

    Replace msn with pidgin and there are plenty of music players for linux. I often have this dilemma there are too many windows only tools i need to go completely over.

    Ditch iTunes and replace it with... well just ditch itunes lol.
