maybe i am not well versed in this subject so someone out there can chime in...
i am quite up to date with the concept of typical BOs we all talk about on here. i was more interested in UNDERflows. i was looking through my daily security focus exploit listings that came out today and came across some new ones out there for Windows. a few involve more SMB transaction exploits and from what was described, they are memory UNDERflows. can someone elaborate on this?
The theory behind it is when you try to POP an item from the stack and the stack is empty then you get a buffer underflow. There are various types though
