How to configure a VPN on VPS server?

    I have got a windows server,I need to configure the VPS server in to an VPN server and want to provide share the vpn with my friends,how can i do this?

    can any body suggest me some ways for doing this?

    hope i will find some help here...

    Use openvpn server, should be fairly simple to setup , then get a openvpn client for you and your friends and give them the conf files to connect
