Some homepage questions

    So some quick questions. On the main page, what's with the codebase and the paper section? Are users going to be able to submit papers / sources any time soon? It seems as though the only sources we have are 3 of my python codes and no papers lol. Just wondering.

    I believe papers will are only able to be submitted by me, Xinapse or Semtex. However I think we should get a paper team that is responsible for posting new content onto the frontend on behalf of the user who wrote it, not entirely sure, the frontend/homepage isn't completed finished yet, but all should be revealed in due course.

    We should have a system that allows users to submit a paper and it emails it to someone on the paper team and if the team members think it's worthy it will get posted.

    I can add a module that allows users to add their own content, but i cant let anyone do it so i'd need to add a paper group so they can submit papers and stuff.

    Would be better to have a group submitting them, then the group could do quick checks to make sure the info isn't leeched etc.

    Archiving for the moment, we will probably add a usergroup to deal with paper/code submissions and more sources will be added :P
