It's probably not needed if you can access the site anyway but if you can't or periodically can't or know someone who can't then clear your cookies cache or tell them to.
In firefox that "tools">"clear recent history" then make selection cookies & cache.
In intershit explorer its (I believe) under the tools menu on the internet options window. Delete and select the correct options.

We had a problem with the server and it was doing the same across the site. If you want to stop it clear cookies and cache and it should solve the problem.
