    How hard is it to encrypted your passwords?

    On a side note, many of the logins are Emails, and the passwords work for the Emails too.

    I believe the title should be "incompetant" and he/she is referring to the site they found and asking the retorical question "how hard is it to encrypt your passwords"

    If not, i'm majorly confused.
