The webhosting was hacked and the hackers defaced all the websites hosted on it, they took backups and databases so as a result, I've had to rebuild the database, changing passwords and usernames as well as uploading an old backup, so we should be secure now, the host says that the security issue has been fixed, we just hope that's true. So just to confirm, iExploit wasn't hacked, the hosting was and everyone's site was defaced.
Yeah ive been told the vulnerability is in the server rather than iexploit.org itself so there was nothing we could have done, also i have spoke to the host and hes patched it, iexploit was targetted individually however as a number of forums to be hacked, i will be opening a new private section soon as a result more details will be released, but it will contain major projects. ;)
I thought they'd only replaced the index pages of websites on the server, a fair few people won't be happy. I thought iexploit had moved away from that host a while ago anyway due to downtime...
