-Changed a lot of CSS issues with the forum theme
-Implemented the karma-bank plugin/added more rules on how karma can be earned
-Destroyed a lot of spam again
-Implemented a couple of other plugins that contribute things such as tagging in posts, top forum posters, and content flagging
-Updates from the previous month will be announced (aka "stickied") for the following month, until the next update we have for you guys comes out

Here's a really cool stat:
This month we had 43 new members!

Some of you are able to change your avatars from your profile page, others (like myself) are not. If you can, feel free to use whatever avatar you wish, as long as it's not child pornography we don't really care. And as always, if you have suggestions/ideas for use feel free to post them in the "Feedback" board. We're always open to new thoughts, so don't be shy!

1) We annihilated all of the spam, and carder idiots that were taking advantage of the down-time. Some were even personally trolled by a fake law-enforcement persona I made on facebook.

2) You may have noticed a couple of small changes we've made to the forum software, we implemented a couple of things like user signatures, spam protection, and a more organized PM system. We're trying to get karma and avatars rolled out, but it may take a little bit of time yet. The plugins we tried didn't work as advertised.

3) We're constantly trying various advertising schemes to bring in more users (thus, more content), and we're working hard to find a way to get our old regulars back (let us know any advertising ideas you may have!).

4) We're still looking for staff, but we are not going to just take in anyone off the interwebs. We would like for someone that has been here for a while, and has a good reputation. More information can be found here: http://iexploit.org/index.php?p=/discussion/6046/looking-for-staff

The large period of downtime we had has damaged the activity but i am confident that we will build it back up in the coming months. Times are Changing...
I will be trying my best to run iExploit from a legal and ethical standpoint. This wont mean compromising any good content but any illegal content will be trashed and deleted. I will be writing a clear set of rules to help keep the site online this time and not cause any complaints.

There is still a little to do with finishing off setting up the site, but i will tweet and mass email to let everyone know we are back again in the coming days.

I am now on our irc channel 24/7 so you can contact me here any time, i may be afk but i will still get the message.
